She’s currently the Head Writer for MTV’s pop culture countdown show 10 on Top. Jenny holds an MFA in Writing for Screen and Stage from Northwestern University and is an alumna of The Second City comedy theater in Chicago.

Jenny’s TV credits include The Big Gay Sketch Show and the NewNowNext Awards (both on the Logo Network). Her short films have appeared in film festivals all over the world (and on the interweb) and she performed her one woman show Femme Boost at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in NYC. These days she performs with the musical improv group Baby Wants Candy.

“Nice Shirt,” a short film written by and starring Jenny (directed by Erik Gernand) was selected as a second prize winner for the Christopher Wetzel Award for Film Comedy! The winners were chosen by SNL alum Nora Dunn (!!!) and she’ll present the awards to the winners in June at the 2011 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Chicago (!!!!!!!!!!).

“Nice Shirt” will be available online soon. Until then, enjoy this still. It’s *almost* as entertaining as the movie. : )
